How it works

Five steps. None of them yours.

You install once and drop in a block. After that, Stocklet runs the same loop automatically every time a sold-out variant comes back — capturing demand and converting it into a recovered sale.

Install and drop in the block

One-click install from the Shopify App Store. In the theme editor, drag the Notify Me block onto your product template — no Liquid edits, no developer required. It works with Dawn and the current Shopify Theme Store, and listens to the variant-change events from major theme families.

  2. 2Shopper

    Joins a variant waitlist

On a sold-out variant, a shopper types their email and submits. No account, no password, no page reload — the form confirms inline. The block only shows on variants that are actually out of stock, so it never gets in the way of an available purchase.

  3. 3Shopify

    Reports the restock via webhook

When inventory returns, Shopify's inventory_levels/update webhook fires. Stocklet matches the restocked variant to its waitlist within seconds — there's no polling interval or batched digest adding delay between the restock and the alert.

  4. 4Stocklet

    Sends a one-click email

Branded HTML email goes out from alerts@stocklet.io. The CTA links straight into a pre-filled Shopify checkout for that exact variant — not the product page — so the shopper can pay in a single tap. The email also carries a hidden cart attribute for attribution.

  5. 5Merchant

    Sees recovered revenue

The dashboard shows recovered dollars, the conversion rate of your alerts, your most-wanted products, and a unified activity feed. Customer emails are masked so admin staff never see raw addresses.
